My Landscaping Project is spearheaded by 2nd generation entrepreneur — Jason Tello — and it is sayings like these that are the driving force motivating his every step.

The need to start his own company came out of a desire to provide truthful, transparent and conscientious service to homeowners. After spending many years working for high end companies, Jason came to realize he wanted to build a team of individuals who really care about other humans, who would adopt the philosophy of "treating other people's home as if it were our own."

First of all, we understand that the residential construction industry is infamous for contractors who provide a "warranty" that ends as soon as they drive off upon completing the project.

We are one of a fraction of companies who provide a 2 year warranty on all new construction projects.

Additionally, we do something very unique. On a yearly basis we will conduct warranty check-ins via a phone call, a text message or an email. And from June to November you can expect that we'll reach out to schedule a "Warranty Walk-through" where we walk the property with you to see how everything is performing.

Breakdown:

2 yr warranty on new construction. Simply put, we provide the man hours and you purchase the materials based on our recommendation - perhaps certain materials didn't perform as promised by the manufacturer, so we may have to use something better/different.

Up to a 1 yr warranty on certain repair work.

Plants are honoured according to the nursery's stated warranty (varies from nursery to nursery).
